Xor is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that lets you ask questions about web pages and run multi-step tasks in your browser. This policy explains what information we handle and why. We only process data needed to provide the service, and we never sell your personal data.

Information we collect

Account information — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture.
Authentication data — secure tokens that keep you signed in.
Commands and content you submit — the instructions you give Xor and the content of the specific pages you ask Xor to read or act on, processed only to carry out your request.
Usage data — token counts, feature usage, and timestamps, used to enforce plan quotas and improve reliability.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.

How we use your information

To operate the assistant and carry out the tasks you request.
To generate automation steps and answers using AI (see below).
To manage your account, plan, quota, and billing.
To provide support and keep the service secure.

AI processing

To fulfil your request, the instructions you type and the relevant page content are sent to third-party AI / large-language-model providers that generate the response or the automation steps. We send only what is necessary for the specific request. Xor does not read or transmit page content unless you issue a command that requires it.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us run Xor: AI / LLM providers (to process your commands and page content), our payment processor (billing), and our hosting/infrastructure provider. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Security

All communication with our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access to stored data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting xorops.ai@gmail.com. You can also stop all processing at any time by signing out and removing the extension.

Children

Xor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
